At it's core, the Relationships and Health Lab focuses on the nexus of personal relationships and health.
We seek to answer two main lines of questioning that are of fundamental interest:

- What relationship processes (coping, communication, support, responsiveness, etc.) can either improve or worsen physical health (health behaviors or health outcomes)?
- How health and wellness (or lack of) influence relationships and relationship processes?

We have presented our work at National Conferences across the country, including at the American Psychosomatic Society (APS), National Conference on Family Relations (NCFR), the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), the Collaborative Family Healthcare Association (CFHA), the American Public Health Association (APHA), and the Gerontological Society of America (GSA).
